@Johnlindsey289 Meredith is always good. But the campiness of that series made his character hard to take serious. Paul Williams did a good job of voicing the penguin, but having to work in the shadows of Mark Hamill's Joker and Kevin Conroy's Batman makes him tough to stand out. Danny's performance is helped by Tim Burton's creative control over this character. Danny did a great job with Tim's non gangster version.

Aside from Heath Ledger, no one transformed themself more than Danny Devito. He was the best villain of the Burton/Schumacher films.

Devito made a comical character into something that was menacing..people can say what they will about burton but this was when he was in his prime.
