we were changing the water pump and just cranked it up while it was off since i didnt have a hose pipe around. it doesnt hurt it

@cheeseball247 I personally wouldn't start any boat up on a trailer unless I saw coming out of where its supposed to first.Shit,This hobby is a very expensive one.
