it's norwegian - they're basically just saying that he spent 7 months preparing (got inspired by last years talent or something). he learned it by watching youtube clips and yeah..is just amazing at it. and they just finished off by telling him how amazing he is, specially for only 7 months and the fact that he's only ten years old. it's genuine talent, hopefully he'll be able to make a career out of it!
