One wouldn't know that Kana Ueda was Hayate at first due to her soft and cute inflection she gives in her voice. I'm pretty used to her characterization as Rin and Rachel Alucard, so it is unexpected.

@octapusxft Well, that in itself was the reason.. The None-Magical part of the army was afraid of her power :P For this reason, mainly, all of the captains in the Section Six department had restrictions set on them. AAA Captains where reduced to A, and that S+ mage was reduced to... I think they said A+.. Don't fully recall. :)

maybe cause until Nanoha Force (still as manga) she is so overpowered she cannot lose to anyone. At Force there are some guys with special counter to mages who can actually give her a run for her money
