you are correct...RED SEALANT .... thank you for putting this video out there ... HD too! I want to race the bike in( british columbia super moto) this spring and summer...so now i feel confident i can work on it after each race day...awsome!
@LPPT246 if you own a SXV it's good to have a set of mechanical skills. They are amazing bikes, but don't let anyone tell you they will be trouble free. Some people never have issues and others never stop having issues...on average the bike will take care of you if you take care of it though. If you have the cash then the SXV is a fantastic bike. You won't have to shim the SXV's valves as often as the CRFs though which is a plus. I used to have a 2003 CRF450, valve seat eating monster!

Hi, Nice video :)
I'm also thinking about buying a SXV (now I have a CRF), but I'm hesitant due to huge list of common problems of the model ...
That thing does not run, fly ;)
I'm trying to restrain myself:)
Congratulations, I also really like anything that has an engine and I am also mechanic of cars and motorcycles in my spare time.
It is not common to see a women with these talents:)
Keep going!
