@maplepoon ..there is a type of pasta called ''Capellini de Angelo'' a very thin, fine type of noodel. She prollo refers to the cut, set the grater to very fine..

I don't think I ever seen or heard of Angel Hair Coleslaw before.
The grocery stores I go to do sell the brand of salad that u used.
