Ha! I just got L.A. Noire the other day; And playing in the mid-40's as a detective in a seedy criminal underworld is especially similar. The big differences, of course, are that this is set on the other side of the country; And obviously the genres are as different as day and night (This is obviously a comedy/parody whilst L.A. Noire is totally serious). But the music! Especially the music at the start! It just gives me those vibes. I kinda wish it had appeared on the radio of L.A. Noire.

@TheRandyChimp SA was always WCTR for me, then my PS2 went bust (not my fault) got a new one and got it on PC and I listen to a lot more K Rose now. I generally don't country music but I like K Rose for some reason.

Best radio spot in all of the GTA games. I remember when I first played VCS I was pissed that there was only one short segment with Maurice Chavez, but once I actually listened, I loved Moorehead Rides Again and The Time Ranger.

I still wish they would've put in Amy Scheckenhausen & KChat in VCS though.
