Smart move by the defense of getting their experts in early. Judge Perry will allow them to keep the experts on the tab, because if not, all that expense is loss. Baez will though be hoofing the distance necessary on his own tab. Nice to hear the Judge call it 'over head' as an additional expense the taxpayers won't be paying.
