Did all the lights really go out at the end, or was that the camera's frames being out of sync with the strobes?

@Valedictorian2007 Sometimes when you start the pump, it can be overwhelming for the truck's power source so it cuts out temporary to allow the water pump to get it going. I may be wrong anyhow.
