@pcfxer my dear friend, I use a massive 56 X 11 in my TIme trial machine !!! The most heavy and sexy gear, for a bike !!! This is why my cadence is "slow"... even in 60 km/h... !

I can go for a few seconds of course... ALONE...without drafting... NO ONE can travel with 60 km/h !!! en Lance Armstrong !

The point is, to be able to travel with 42 - 43 km/h for a distance of 20 - 30 km...and I CAN do this... the 60 km/h is for a good sprint...!

@Antonoglou nice.I have a road bicycle "Scott Sporster P5" 48X13, and i can do 20km distance with 33~34 avg speed... :P
