Tenkaichi 2 was and still is a great game, you just need to get into it. Might be a little late now since even Tenkaichi 3 is becoming obsolete. Budokai 2's story mode was stupid, but the 2 player mode was really fun amongst friends. Especially if you add rules like keeping to your own characters.

@RebleThe i agree with you on 1 and 2 but budokai 1 had a very incomplete gameplay, budokai 3's flying around thing was much more suited to a dragon ball game, also tenkaichi 2 was an amazing game, lots to do and the item combining thing to create characters was much better than tenkaichi 3's way where you had to do certain things in tournaments to unlock characters like spopovich and king cold, lastly every db game after burst limit is a tenkaichi with slighly different features

The deal is, it's not widely known that SSJ means super Saiya-Jin in Japan but we just call it Saiyan here. It's even spelled that way in the Tenkaichi games that were made in Japan and then translated into English with Saiyan being the new term. So when you see SS or SSJ, everyone knows what you mean. The only people who ask what the J stands for are just new to the fact. But now ya know =)

To get beautiful trechary you must defeat Dedoria with Krillin and Gohan on the 2nd battle of frieza saga (after vegeta vs cui) and you must win. To get fatheful brothers, you must win the very first fight of tenkaichi 2 story (piccolo vs raditz) of saiyan saga. If you lose all your life and it says you win, you didnt get the saga. to get the saga if the the enemy wins you move on, but with no story unlock.

I recommend increasing goten with oolong suport, puar support, equpment slot +whatever needs filled, mystery of shenron, crane hermit master, and sacred water, and blast 2+,and rest for whatever. anyway, gohan starts off with blasts, so run like hell and just punch him and take him down as much as u can. if u win you get destined rivals. its the second battle of the majin buu saga

@Famn180 I personally think BT3 is better, it doesn't have every single fight in the game like this one, which i think is stupid. And this one was way too easy. On some of the most epicest beam struggles you dont even get to roll the analog clockwise, so fast its almost impossible, or press the triangle, square etc. to win in an epic fight where you can only see the character when they hit each other and then fly right off again.

Great cut scene, but in the game, there is hardly any of these scenes. They simply just make you read the story and rush alot of the detail with horrible dialogues. Tapion story is so badly constucted, your seating there wondering wat the heck is happenin. I wish they made every dragon adventure with detailed cut scenes like this one.
