  • @ckchai In the whole f Singapore, there are 93 units that were submitted to developer for pre-booking but only 11 units were fulfilled and I managed to get 6 units.

    The office tower units I booked is above the integrated LRT (MRT) and it is also right across the Mid Valley shopping centre.

  • @ckchai I’m letting go some of the units at RM1308psf -RM1420psf as I do not wish to be over-committed in terms of resources.

    I estimate the yield for investors 7-10% if rental is at conservative RM8psf-RM12psf. Capital gains is likely be to around 25-40% upon TOP. The vacancy rate of the offices at Mid Valley is very low.
