  • Installer used was the original jailbreaking. Back before cydia replaced it for default full jailbreaking.

  • What is this fu***** "installer"???

    can someone tell me pls?

  • Or you could use IPhoneBrowser. Download it to your PC, install it, run it, plug your iphone into the pc and create the folders/put the roms into the folders. No SSH needed, and is so simple every other way is obsolete

  • My touch keeps freezing and then I have to turn it off and and back on again D:

  • yo installer discontinued how can i get the emulators now?

  • video is old...this is pre-2.0 iphone...so this wont work if your not on 1.1.4 or older

  • Ishare wont download. the screen turns to the main screen where all my stuff is :S

  • u still need ssh to get installer

  • i dont know how you got installer but ssh is not the conventional way to get it...if your using 2.0 or newer chances are you used the pwnage tool or winpwn....if your using earlier chances are you used ziphone...you do not need ssh to get installer

  • never mind i used quick pwn but u still can get installer by open sshing

  • wots ssh?

  • ssh can be used as a way to connect to your iphone or ipod touch by using wifi...if you have wireless internet then you can use ssh to view the files on your device and make changes...you have to jailbreak to do this though

  • installer 4.0.4 wont let u even download anything from that source

  • thats because this vid is for 1.1.4 and earlier...look at the release date on the more info section

  • Why do it says Safari Cannot Download This File?

  • try it with a different internet browser

  • i cant seem to get gpsphone to download. what am i doing wrong? or is there something i have to install first?

  • make sure you have bsd subsytem installed...it wont let you download if you dont

  • i should really wait until it ends cuz knowing me, something will happen and i'll have another question about and have 2 make ANOTHER post, as if i havent bugged u enuff, but ty, this seems 2 b going better than the one using the computer but who knows maybe when i try 2 play i'll crash and burn, lol

  • ok nvm.... i typed it wrong *smacks forehead*

  • ummm.... u tried downloading it in my GBA folder but it said download not found and then i tried media and it said the same thing, any reason y?

  • Ok i got everything working and about 3-4 games and i run them and click on save but it doesnt save and i have to re start. How do i save the game to start where i saved?

  • you have ssh into your phone to be able to...you have too look for another video

  • it doesnt works :| sorry, but ipSP requires a Gameboy Adva

  • why doesnt anyone read the video description...cmon...watch the other video if it doesnt work for you...i guaratnee you the other video will work

  • in the other video i can't find the applications folder

  • you have to install ziphone ibrickr fix...from the source i give you

  • i instaled it and still nothing :(

  • watch the other video its in the video description

  • hey I have all of the stuff i need but when I try to play games It wont work there is small text on the top.I have the GBA-Bios bin installed in the GBA folder but when i put a rom in the folder that i have the GBA bios bin in I still wont work i have tried everything. Please help me.

  • ayyyyyy u lost me at 6:35 man wtf how do u download them

and i STILL dont have the gba or roms folder

  • you have to make the folders...if you go and watch my other video its a lot easier and its quicker...its in the video description

  • I am pretty sure I hav done everything you have said so far, but I do not seem to have a ROMs folder. Any idea why?

  • you have to make it...check out my other video on gba...its easier and works 99% of the time unlike this one...its in the description

  • im in media/roms.. but i dont see GBA folder, i just see NES, help? i have gba_bios already on my iFinder buttt

  • the other video is easier and this one sometimes doesnt work...but anyways...you have to make the folder...and then chnage the name to whateer it needs to be

  • How do I make it? :D

  • you need to into mobile finder and go into your ROMs folder...then press create at the bottom of the screen and then press folder...there is going to be an untitled folder...single click on theat and then at the bottom of the screen press modify...change the file name to GBA...then press done

  • im having trouble coping the gba_bois file into the gba file..i've tried to copy it and move it but it doesnt work...what should i do

  • i know exactly what you are talking about...the copy paste just doesnt work sometimes...i have no idea how to fix this...what i recommend you o is watch my other gba video which still does not use ssh ...its actually easier...its posted as a reply to this video and its in the description

  • alright. thanks man i really appreciate all your help!

  • lol, i have done this shit on my psp, but i didnt u could do this on itouch, do u have to get some sort of custom hacked firmware for this shit?

  • no you have to jailbreak it...its pretty easy...theres tons of videos of how to jailbreak on youtube

  • ok cool. I have 1.1.4 so i'd put it in where you said, but one problem I cant copy or paste/move the GBA folder into media/ROMs. There is a NES ROMs pack in there, and I've tried to delete it but it won't.I don't really care if that's in their or not I just need to find a way to get the GBA ROMs folder under media. Any ideas? Thanks man.

  • sometimes the copy paste doesnt work...if your on pc you should go watch my other ideo for gba...its a lot easier...its in the discription and i also posted it as a video response to this one

  • i did everything and downloaded pokemon fire red. i put it in my ROMs folder, but when i open gpsphone it still says i have no roms. does it make a difference if the roms folder is not in the media folder? btw your video is the most helpful one i've found yet..

  • if the folder is not in the right spot it will not work...it need to be in the right spot...so if you are on 1.1.2 or earlier you need to put it in var/root/media/ROMs/GBA/

if you are on 1.1.3 or later it needs to be in var/mobile/media/ROMs/GBA/

  • package download failed, timed out, every time

  • what package? gpsphone or a rom

  • roms

  • try downloading it into a different folder...not the ROMs folder...and then copy paste the file into the ROMs folder...if that doesnt work i have another gba video thats way easier if your on pc...the link is in the description

  • mkay

  • great one, still works great up till this date (unlike so many others)

  • mobil finder doesnt work everytime i try to download ishare it says u need bsd subsystem and i have already downloaded it and same thing wit communtity sources

  • look in the video description and watch my other video

  • I can't find gba in the rom section in root or mobile.

    I have 1.1.4 firmware.

  • like I said in the video...you have to make the folder...I have a new video for gba up thats way easier...look in the video description

  • I followed your directions and downloaded pokemon emerald but when i try to play, the gPS phone says sorry, but ipSP requires a Gameboy Adva... help plz

  • read the more info...im having some difficulty getting this to run on 1.1.4 firmware...i havent found a fix yet

  • i'm doing it on 1.1.1

  • did you put the bios in the right spot

  • yes. ROMs- GBA. Sometimes it says stuff about isomotion

  • your gba bios needs to be under var/root/media/ROMs/GBA...make sure you are under root not mobile...because it should be working since your on 1.1.1

  • hi man, by the way, do you know how can I increase the volume of the iphone?? thanks

  • there is a volume unocker in installer...if you have installed community sources m pretty sure it should be there

  • can you send me a link to download a gba bios correctly please?????

  • if you do it the way i showed in the video it should work...the only other way to do it is by sshing into your phone which a lot of people have a problem doing...if you want to ssh it in the look up a video on that but if you dont the video here should work

  • change in the frame skip??? I tried changing from 1 to 5 , and its still slow

  • man the games are too slow, can I fix that?? what do I do??

  • go into the settings and change the frame skip

  • where can I get gba roms that are converted already and ready for me to upload for free? thanks

  • When I log into Ishare as one of the last steps, I cant find my ROMs or GBA file to download the bios into. what am I doing wrong? I see them when I use mobilefinder.

  • you have to press "..." button....then find mobile/media/roms/gba...download it to there if you can...i cant but i dont know why...so just download it to the media folder and copy paste it

  • but have i update gpsphone 1.5 ?

  • make sure you've updated to 1.5 gpsphone...then make sure you store the roms in the right folders

  • i've 1.1.4

  • i did exactly what u say, but when i open gbaphone it says no roms found :< whats wrong ? please help

  • watch the part where it says if you have the 1.1.2 firmware or before do this and if you have the 1.1.3 frmware or newer do this

  • what the hell?

in the end it doesnt work i get that stupid error msg when im trying to play..what do i do?

i tried reinstalling gpsphone and i tried downloading a different game it didnt work what do i do?

    help much?

  • im not sure...it may be the bios...try googling gba bios and dowloading a different one...and make sure its in the right place

  • omgosh why is it so hard to get gba now????

  • its not that hard...according to the video it only take about 9 minutes and 26 seconds...just do everything with the video and pause when you have to...itll work

  • you go into mobile finder...go to media...and create a folder called ROMs if there isn't one there...then go into that folder and create a folder called GBA...once you do that go to ishare and go to dowload a rom...press the "..." button and then go to root then media then domload it to there...then go back into mobile finder and copy paste the file into the right folder

  • google gba roms and sites will pop up...I have a link in the video description as well

  • ok i find it!Something else now, where i can find gba roms and do you know where i can find roms for psx?

  • you need to press the "..." button then press mobile then media then roms then gba when you on ishare

  • i have 1.1.4 and when i write the 6digits and i tap next i see LIBRARY and MEDIA i search for ROMS or for MOBILE and there aren't there! What i have to do?

  • you have to create the folder...just go into mobile finder and go into mobile> media and then at the bottom of the screen press create> new folder...its gonna come up as an untitled folder...single click on the folder and press modify...change the name to ROMs...then go into that folder and create another folder and title that GBA...capitalization matters...thats where your going to put the roms

  • ok i have done it!When i put the 6digits and i tap next(on ishare it app.)you said that i have to tap MOBILE then ROMS then GBA!There is not these files on ISHARE IT !And how i can COPY-PASTE on ISHARE IT app?
