No lift, when you get to the bottom you push the cart back to the top.

It is 360 ft. long

There are lawn mower wheels that run on top of the wooden track. Under the cart there are wheels that run along the inside of the track to keep the cart from falling off one side or the other.

well, First you'll need about 700 feet of 2x4. then go get a box(20lb) of 3inch deck screws. then cut yourself LOTS of 24inch long 2x4s to use as ties. scrap pieces of 2x4 or 2x6 to drive into the ground to anchor the track.

the track is made of 2x4 that is 17inches apart on the inside.

the cart stays on the track using caster wheels that run on the inside of the 2x4's to keep the cart from running off the track.

It's impossible to go into too much detail with the 500 character limit.
