@notmybestday No,its called a custom conect.These clothes are downloaded from ALL ABOUT STYLE (sims 2 downloading site).No matter if you have pets,these animals will not come in it.You must create an animal from a dog or a cat,or you can just simply download it.Just type at modthesims or the sims resource animal you want,and you can download it. :)

But if you want to create it,then you will see tools to change colours and all.
