  • Complicated stuff. While I understand your reasoning, I have one bone to pick with you: Magnesium deficiency. I believe most of the population, at least in Scandinavia, is magnesium deficienct. Here, deficiency in both magnesium and vitamin D is the norm, except for some of us during Summer. If you supplement with vitamin D, you should expect to be magnesium deficient unless you supplement heavily. 600-1000mg of magnesium of good quality is recommended by Danish ortho molecular practitioners.
