And for two, if you put the baking soda into the balloon than put the balloon onto the bottle with vinegar in it, then let the baking soda fall in, it will inflate way better.

try putting the baking soda in the ballon then put the ballon on the bottle. Flip the ballon over so that it pours the baking soda into the bottle. And presto no gass will escape.

my science teacher did this for us and what you do is put the vinegar in the bottle and then put baking soda in to the ballon then quickly put the ballon on top and let the baking soda fall in to the the vinergar then all of the gas stays in the ballon and the bottle and the ballon blows up more!

Let me get something clear! I stated the very obvious in my blurb saying the balloon took on a life of it's own AND in a tag that it seemed "dirty". I have posted a video responce that shows the same thing. This was my science fair project lastyear. I put the vinigar in the bottle FIRST, then, I put the BS into the BALLOON, and I then rapped the neck of the balloon over the mouth of the bottle and then poured the BS into the bottle which then inflated the Balloon. Don't worry, though, because I ended up breaking the first balloon... :(
