  • Jumper was awesome, the people who hated it were people who read the book, and didn't like that it wasn't like the book. Totally hate that. The movie was the best I've seen, can't wait for the DVD to come out June 10th.

  • No the majority of movie goers hated it. Majority of major movie critics allso hated it. Book fans hated it becuse it was full of Hayden Christensen god awful acting. Feel free to check rotten tomatos to see what people think.

  • well most books are WAY better than the movie. so if you read the book you might see that the book is better than the movie. i haven't seen the movie or read the book so i wouldn't know.

    Lokivoid-Not all book fans hated it because of Hayden... my friend really enjoyed the movie BECAUSE there was hayden (my friend and i are hayden fanafitcs XD) maybe its just your opinion that you think hes a bad actor. not all people really care what critics think

  • well duh most books are better cause they have everything, movies have to cut it short to show the audience the beginning, middle, and end. The book isnt like the movie but they did have the good parts in it.

    In my opinion people hated it because they read the book and it wasn't like it. I really don't think he's a bad actor, I mean can you people act in a movie? its hard acting in movies like this, so give the guy a break, along with Rachel Bilson.

  • Really, the book was about killing off hijackers and such while the movie was about escaping people that are out to get you. Reflex, the sequal to the book, was better in my opinion, because it showed more limits and what people would do if they caught a jumper. Griffin's story, the book that ran along side the movie, was really awesome! Griffin went to a ball! In the dvd, they said that they would like to make a sequal or two and I think that once they did that, everybody would like it more.

  • i just got the books well only 2 jumper and griffin's story atm im reading jumper... so far its good but TOTALLY different from the movie... i kinda think its better than the movie though.

  • well duh, its like harry potter which most people thought the book was better. I mean you can't fit everything into a movie right? Plus there's some stuff I would've left from the book to put in the movie.

  • yeah the Jumper movie was a hit with me, but am i the only who thought Rachel's acting is boring!!! She was lifeless, very monotonous the whole entire film. Someone say annoying. I have to agree with him. Otherwise great film. Hayden of course is always GREAT ;)

  • I did not like how when he came back to town people were just casual about what happened to him eight years before, actually, nobody even asked him what happened to him. Other than that, great movie. Two thumbs up.

  • I saw jumper in the cinema yesterday and it was shit. The best parts were in the trailors. The ending was evening more gay since its a trilogy :/ Save your cash and rather wait till an R5 or dvdscr are released for it!
