@0600Brenda. i'm not sure really im 5'9 and its lowered an inch in the front and back and i can sit comfortably with my feet fairly wide out.. maybe a two inch lower would be better for someone who is 5'3..
Also im a fairly new rider so the guy also made the rear shock not as stiff before we traded, so i dont have to worry about fliping the bike as easily. But its a great bike i definitely would recommend a R6 as for a beginner or an experienced rider..
