@cellgoku1 I agree that 100m and 200m won't determine whether you'll be a good 400m sprinter or not but with the proper speed/endurance training Bolt could definitely go sub 44. idk about Bolt lowering the 400m WR either but you never know, MJ ran his 43.18 when he was 31, Bolt's only 24, he still got lots of time.
