saw this movie for the1st time last night. It is awful. Michael and Julia Roberts belonged together not because they were a wonderful couple but because the were both selfish. Not a funny movie. Kimmy deserved better than Michael. She was sweet but she was like some woman from the 50's---do whatever her man wants. George was the best thing about the entire movie.

Good movie, although I don't understand why two beautiful women would be fighting over a guy with absolutely no ambition at all.

George makes this movie so much fun, love him! Kim could have used a sassy gay friend of her own. He would likely say to her, "What, what, what are you doing! You are going to give up your college degree and career for this guy?! Are you crazy!"

I don't really understand why you got 3 minuses, cause I was thinking something similar, why would they show that she did talk to him and the drama after that? A huge part of what is exciting in the film is wondering if she will talk about her real feelings towards him.

However I love this film and have it on DVD now :) The dining table song is EPIC!
