That's not stealing music that's just taking a cut from another song with permission, to revamp you're own song.Artists do it all the time its common practice. It would be stealing if he somehow slipped it past the record label and forged the necessary documents to get around the copy right issue but that would be a much publicized scandal that would be guaranteed exposure within 24 hrs of album release and was not a particular wrong doing of Kanye's here.Kanye song killed using that cut.

To be honest, I wouldn't know Kanye West, or Beyonce, or Taylor Swift if they should up at my doorstep. Perhaps this makes me culturally illiterate, but my knowledge of pop music, television and such starts getting spotty after about 1987. :)

The 90s music is good in general... if you ask me. 80s meh. I was a kid (1951 just random numbers not my birth yr). I think I really didn't start listening to my own music until the 90s. Before then, my mom loved playing the 50s / 60s "OLDIES" when I was a kid. Still like that music, too.
