Of course it's fake. Two things to look for in videos, that indicate 'fake holograms': First, the image extends beyond the apparent screen. Real holograms only seem to be 3D when viewed at an angle where the screen is behind the image. And second in this case, the Apple patent for 3D, awarded last year was based on projecting the image on a rough surface and using the camera to sort out which part of the image goes to which eye... it is NOT for a 'floating in space' type image.

Meanwhile, back in reality land, a holographic image cannot extend beyond the aperture angle of the final transform optic. In cases like iPhones, the aperture is 'the screen', so if you see a video that shows an image of a hologram popping out of an iPhone and floating?... it's FAKE.
