I disagree with it being the boys mothers fault. Birth control should have been her 1st choice but when she couldn't even take care of herself finding a loving home for him was a good safe option.They lived n flee& feces infested abusive home.The problem was with the foster parents & the social worker that looked at them & didn't realize they were just after that monthly check.This is exactly why parents in bad situations keep their kids.Even if they give them for adoption they could die.
