@LordZigmalulu sony vaio's are pieces of crap. As a computer tech I work on everything from HP, Dell, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, Eee, Gateway, and custom built computers. Sony vaios are some of the hardest computers to work on because sony puts their computers together all ass backwards....I can keep going but why waste the time. Sony and HP suck ass, end of story.

I own this laptop. Cool one. Very good budget laptop. It is not light weight, not heavy though.

The screen is prone to glare and less viewing angle. Inbuilt Vista makes the laptop slow because of bloatware.

With Wifi turned off, battery comes for a shade less than 3 hrs.

I've used macs and while there the all time greatest(no viruses...blah blah blah,etc.) there not affordable, Sony vaio on the other hand is a great laptop in terms of price, quality, graphics,....etc. I own this lapto and I say it's the best out there for the price!

I have had this for i think 9 or 10 months. I think its solid and I really like the build quality compared to dells I have owned. So far I have had no hardware related issues. However there are some complaints.

Heavy, its low end vaio so the material is not light weight. Vista is installed with huge bloatware. It is thicker than you think. No HDMI. Why is there even a modem? No firewire.

No way, i want to get Sony VGNNS20ZS Laptop for £599.99 which no blue-ray but it has a Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6400, the T6400 allows the laptop to run 64bit software and increase the ram beyond 4GB, but i don't how much more memory capacity the Sony VGNNS20ZS Laptop can handle.

I have it in white and I love it!

I only use it to surf the web, for music and to burn cds so its perfect! The white matte finish on it is pretty nice too.

I actually got mine for a really good deal. They had them brand new (with a buy now price) for $550 on the best buy outlet (on ebay.)

A good name laptop, 2 ghz processor, 3gb ram, 250 gb hdd for $620 (total)...

I bought this laptop not even a week ago, except that I have a 4G memory and vista home premium 64-bit. But I'm debating whether I should return it because it seems to lag quite a bit and I also have problems closing internet explorer, they take some time to shut down. I also downloaded Firefox since that's what i used on my old computer and it will freeze the computer for about 2 or 3 minutes when it first launches. I have bad luck when it comes to electronics lol

Should I buy this or the Asus N10J-A2? they both are around the same price but the Asus is smaller and has it's own graphics card with 256MB of dedicated memory. And runs Vista pretty well. I am more of a graphics guy since I want to maybe do some video editing and 3D editing but not as much.

thats cuz they've done all the benchmarks already. by the time they've done the 15th 9800gt video card video, you pretty much know how its going to perform. only time they do benchmarks is if say the factory overclock or a non-reference cooler makes a remarkable difference from reference cards of the same type.

untill there are NEW cards to benchmark, there isn't a need for benchmarking.
