am i right in thinking that the blofeld is really good for pads and not so good for bass. this seems to be my experience and observation. you dial up some oscilators, select a filter, get some modulations going and you can end up with some beautiful pads (or some really harsh nasty ones if you want). I own a blofeld myself and think maybe I would like to compliment it with a Pulse or a Dark Energy (my budget will not permit a moog).

@wonderwaffe thanks wonderwaffe, had a play today and got some "vintage" bass going on my blofeld. Guess many people are not that skilled at synth programming and that would include myself (rapidly improving though). Cheers.
