It looks like the trick to get the mono "Wiggle3D" effect (frame-swap flicker 3D) to work properly is to orbit the lens location around a very tiny circle up to right to down to left then back to up (no lens rotation unless you're using an aspherical lens) while moving the focus lens in an orbit from near to far also in a tiny circle.
I'm going to play around with making some trial images on my PC tomorrow.

you need to add or change the following tag: 'yt3d:swap=1' otherwise your video will be displayed reverse (pseudo stereoscopic)
