For the saving problem no$gba has a problem with state saves so most the time you have to normal save in game if that doesnt work probably a bad file just go to no$gba's website and get it from there main

never mind, I find out how to do this. You have to CTRL ALT DEL and click on the emulator and hit maximize (because you can't do it from right clicking on its tab). Then it shows up in the middle of the screen. Good deal.
