All official Tyrants wear black clothing, and the one at the end has no mask. I also ought to mention that Nemesis does not have a mask, but his upper lip is pulled back. Look it up.

I am not a resident evil fan and I am a yogscast fan but dear god. These guys make no effort to keep up to date. I mean this series is SO old and they could not guess that the guys with the blue goggles and fancy gear are probably "umbrella corp" I have never even played a resident evil game but I have seen trailers over the years and clips from the films.
