I love your show, would love for you to visit Salt Lake City and show us the sounds of the 60's. Fact, the Beach Boys were on the way to the Salt Lake International airport when they spotted a girl following them in a Thunderbird. The event inspired them to write the song "Fun, Fun, Fun" which was a big hit for the Beach Boys! The Beach Boys in return wrote a song called "Salt Lake City" to show their homage! Salt Lake City loves the songs of the 60's!

Fantastic! Great performance, what year was this recorded and are you touring?

Thanks! This was recorded in August of 2010. We do tour, but this year we kept to the local scene. Perhaps next year we will tour again.

Fosbury, thanks for the comment. Yes, it was. One caveat: the audio file was captured on a portable on-site recorder, not from the microphone on the video camera. The sound and video was synchronized, somewhat successfully, afterwards. There were no enhancements given to the video or audio.

Thanks for the comment. I'm sure Petula wore great costumes, but she was a women while we are projecting the girl group look. As I said in the explanation of the song, here's one example of the thirty-something Petula singing in the girl group style. It is not our intention to look glamorous, rather teenage. Additionally, one of the mothers spend hours making those outfits and they are the correct look for the group. We received many compliments for the outfits and I applaud her efforts.
