@MrShadowFox101 If you are talking about the one with really long hair and big sleeves and cat ears, she is Kasha, and you can find her in youtube and Deviantart, but that one I don't know if now she's releasing it only to her friends or to everyone. If you can't find a download for her model (which has been upgraded so her appearance is slightly different) in her videos , you can always ask her.

@maybesoda No, they are from a program called MMD (MikuMikuDance) where you can make them do anything you want, such as dancing... :D

You can also edit these "characters" (models) in PMD editor

I recommend you to at least try the program, it's lots of fun! x3
