Good video. I used to do this and MSI laid off me and 200 others and said call center work was dead and that was a lie. They got workers in another area for very low and we got no help in finding work or severence and the lay off was a big black mark on us where we could not get hired by anyone even tho I have a 4 year degree and NO record. Call centers are good entry level jobs and over 2.5 million people work in them in the US. I have no money to move on. Most of my co workers had to move.
Porltand has lost all the Market Research companies due to NAAFTA and our too high minimum wage. We need jobs here. I used to get a call center job in 2 days and now it takes for ever. MSI laid me off in 2009 and closed and laid off 200 of us and we got nothing and no help from anyone at the employment office. These are good entry level jobs and they are being eliminated because of NAAFTA and it is not our falt. We want to work and cannot with this crap going on and being blamed for this.
