Nice, but you're pronouncing the name of the song wrong. D'yer Mak'er is cockney for "Did you make her". It also sounds like the way they say Jamaica. It's the punch line of a joke. It goes like this.

a: "My wife is going on a holiday."

b: "D'yer Mak'er?" (He's asking Jamaica? but the other guy hears, Did you make her)

a: "No. She wanted to go."

You see?
