Nice short final and touchdow =) My only suggestion is that you avoid straight-in approaches in the future. Standard downwind-entry patterns are much more common, predictable, expected, and therefore safe. Just want to look out for your safety.
If I may, just because you don't hear traffic on the CTAF doesn't mean traffic isn't there. You aren't required to announce yourself on CTAF, you're just required to see and avoid other aircraft. There could very well be lots of aircraft in the (rectangular) pattern who aren't announcing their intentions, so flying straight-in could be disastrous. Again, just trying to be of help =)
Good observation! I indeed landed with the wind since runway 3 had an upslope. I determined that the wind wasn't strong enough to carry me too far. When I established myself on a 3 mile base for that runway, ATIS was actually saying it was calm. Once on the ground, one of the charter plane pilots said that everyone took off on 21 (which is what I did) and landed on 3.
See and avoid goes without saying in VFR flight. Thanks for looking out for me!

Thanks! Point well taken. I was monitoring the CTAF for traffic and didn't hear any, which is why I did what I did.

I would hope I know what short final is seeing as I am a commercially rated pilot flying for NetJet

That's nice. Your statement wasn't clear, hence the question.
So you are an honorary Buckeye! I did a project with NetJets when I got my MBA at OSU.

Hmm lets see...its when youre on final close to the runway...what I mean was it looked quite turbulent for most of your final approach.

That was the skill of my cameraman playing tricks on you ;)

A little bumpy on short final? That final was anything but short

Do you know what "short final" means?

Looks like you landed with the wind instead of against it judging from the flag at around 5:20.
