I love Aszure Barton. Her work is among the most inspiring work I have ever seen o stage. I have seen her work on several companys including Hell's Kitchen Dance with Mikhail Baryshnikov. Please bring her company to Spain again. Thank you for everything you do. So very inspiring to watch this work.
I saw this piece in Sarasota in the fall of 2009 and it is a breathtaking work of extraordinary physicality. Wonderful to see a woman-choreographer to make such an enormously creative impact in such male-dominated (choreographically) field nowadays. Yes, I know -- Twyla, etc. -- but this is entirely "new."
