I watched a video about viral videos of this nature, I thought it was so insane that grown adults conducting themselves in such childish and often stalkerish ways and came across this video among many others.
It's simply sad, get some REAL life problems.
Oh and they can always fix an ugly house, but what will you do when people decide to complain about your face?

my redneck neighbor has been in his run down house white flaking paint dead grass an ugly rv next door a no hunting sign in downtown! what deer are you going to see in downtown and he complains about our loud music well we get deliveries every once in a while furniture ect. and this guy will scare the delivery people away from our house and its un refunable nice to see how nice he made his house on account hes been there since the 60's
I think working on the house is a good sign. Maybe your neighbor is doing it around his work schedule. From an outsider, i think there are bigger issues to worry about. The guy said he had a plan. I don't see a problem. I'm not a fan of flower beds anyway.
So he's in the process of renovating? It's not like he has broken down cars and litter all over his yard. He's working on making it better, it's just not going along to your liking. I fail to see what you hoped to accomplish by posting this here? I was honestly expecting to see trash and an overgrown lawn,but it just seems like a yard being "fixed up." All you have done is expose your own arrogance. It does not appear as though too many viewers sympathize with you either, judging from comments.

Is your neighbor made any attempts to damage you? has he made any attempts to publicly humiliately you? If the answer to either of these questions is 'yes' then fine but if the answer is 'no' you might want to concider that it is you who has the problem here. GET OVER YOURSELF! What makes you think you have the right to post this commentary simply because he doesn't fit your expectations of how he lives his life? Who is doing the real harm and why? sure hope it's worth it to you.
Im glad you have the means to take care of your house maybe this person doesnt have the money to hire someone or buy the things to make it nice in this case you are the nosey neighbor and if it bothers you than maybe you be a good neighbor and lend a helping hand. people wont judge you based on your neighbor. and if they do than you dont need those kind of people oh wait you are that kind of person.
put an anonymous add on your local new paper saying FREE DIRT .youll be helping speed up the process.. he'll have to work faster if he doesnt want people taking his dirt away.let me know what happened...

As long as he cuts the grass which aint grass anymore by the way, The city cant touch him. Good luck - I know where your coming from.
