lol, of course i have listened/own all their cd's including an EP i know you dont own. believe me i was a fan. the EP has several of their most popular songs on it including Teenage Riot, San Dimas, and Hey Kid...it was released several years before any of these songs appeared on their later albums. as far as flipping burgers goes, i dont. and i also love what i do. and good for kris. on his last two albums he has written all the material. (no comment on the quality of said albums)

i promise you it is. he went into there practice with a video camera and would tape them playing songs. then he would learn the songs and take them out to california and record them as his own. this was the early 90's so it was very hard for the bands to prove that he stole them. some of them are still trying to file a class action against him. so kris roe made it to the top but he did it by killing alot of local bands. i used to love the ataris until i found all this shit out about them.
