  • Precário. E o atleta ostenta uma faixa-preta.

  • Aah. So this is the other Tul Hwoarang does after victory...

  • You should really look behind you before you do the back fist, you don't hit something without looking at it first. Taekwondo makes you a better fighter but not physic!

  • this is lame....you unpatient loser

  • that is shit,

you sped it up you retard

    fuck you

  • you guys are so fucking stupid the video was fast forwarded

  • what was the point of making this video fast ? that just ruins what it is meant to look like with POWER ans SINE WAVE.

  • Everybody fucking cheer!!!!! this is the correct pattern, sine wave and theory of power included, fucks sake this has taken a while to find

  • but i think he should stop a bit longer after each technique - i preferr Mariusz Steckiewicz :D

  • really fast. makes the tchnique looik sloppy. In my experiences being at medium speed and powerful is best. Rushing screws all the movements up.

  • that is way too fast, he seems to be rushing, your supposed to take your time.

  • to sycodave11 this is performed with sine wave which is a up down kind of motion what your thinking of is theoriginal taekwon-do.

  • just some more information.

this is the exact video from the taekwondo CD's and all the people who demonstrated in that CD were all handchosen by the General himself.

yes, some may think it's to fast or lousy but hey they were handpicked by the General so...

they're good at what they do.

  • this pattern is badass man!

  • Regarding the comments left here having to do with the "Book" of ITF and the Videos, there exists both the Book as well as CD's which include a much more exstensive teaching and are a large set. This black belt performed his Tul exactingly and powerfully! As for his movements being "too fast"...I don't think so.

  • You can see technique even iff he goes faster or not. Blackbelts are suppost to ntice good techique when they see it, not see it in SLOW MOTION!

  • I think it's a bit too fast..??

  • yes hes always spinning a bit and no real freeze of the technique is there

  • i thought the idea was to perform the pattern with realism, which would mean it would be at full speed, in my opinion he seems to be taking a long time to get from his start positions to the end of each technique, or maybe its just me. i tend to move as fast as i can to complete a move.

  • How can that be when he was picked to do this by general choi

  • Are u sure he was picked by the General?

Because the General performed Tuls rather slow..

  • Wow! Is that you performing this Tul? Excellent pattern - where did you get these videos?

  • This is video from tae kwon-do encyclopedia whit authorisation of general

  • OK - good videos ;)

  • how can that be? the taekwondo encyclopedia is a book..

also, this isn't a perfect example of what the pattern should be, some stances were off and the delays between each move were too short. ITF poomse are done slower to demonstrate grace, technique and precision

  • after having watched it again i've decided, it's not only a little off, but really really poorly done
