I don't live there by now, but that's still place where they provide accomodation. This is no solution of the problem to move away.

I actually think it is - the point of such a club is to let the students have fun and socialize - you can't put it on the outskirts, or in an industrial area - it wouldn't work. You have a choice of more than 5 other (I believe, haven't confirmed) "dormitories" and a private place. It is just like the housing market - you can get a flat in a nice neighbourhood or next to a busy trainstation (just an example)
