  • @spursrule96 Walk on your tippy toes, no seriously. I do that and TONS of Calf muscle jsut don't do it all the time or you'll lose the arch in your foot.

  • @nelabug7 not true in ballet you ALWAYS walk on your "tippy toes". I have been doing ballet for 11 years and i haven't lost any arch in my foot.

  • @EvanescenceROCKSS I have done ballet since I was 2 I have bones in my foot messed up and formed so I can no longer walk flat. I know what happens, it also helps my father is a foot doctor.

  • @nelabug7 maybe that's just you. I've been doing balelt since I was 3, and my feet are perfectly fine. If you have high arches it is very probable that your arches will fall, but it doesn't mean it will haooen to everyone. And thats so cool! I wish my dad had an awesome job like that. But tbh having to work with other people's smelly feet all day would kill me :'D ahhahhaahaha

    I find those cereals are pretty high in sugar. If you need cereal in the morning, get oatmeal :)

  • Hello,I'm totally feeling your workouts they seem easy to do n effective. I have a 12 weeks old baby and I went up to almost 200 lbs mostly in my thighs hips n buttocks n now I'm about 155 I haven't worked out just lost 45 lbs naturally so I feel that like it's so giggle and its kinda saggy. Do you think by working out everyday I can tone up n the the skin will tighten or it's over for me?:,(

  • Nice Video Josh, Thanks. I have a question though. If I do these exersises , is it gonna make my thigh muscle bigger or is it gonna shrink the thigh? Cause I have more muscle than fat in my thigh, which is very difficult to do exersises like these. Any answer would be appreciated.

  • only if u do it to much. See first ur muscles get tighter and tighter... but work them MORE THAN NESSESARY and they'll get bigger. once u have the bod u want work out less than u did to get that bod. ^^ I work out.
