@timlongshore Tripe has to be boiled till tender in order to clean it , after you need to cool it down the rinse it in cold water, then you cut it for any recipe you have - try it fried - i bread mine and saute it with onions - good snack, another way is to cut it into squares , the add to chicken soup or just gravy.
