Yo, Mitsurugi guy, how did you make that 88B or 22B look so much quicker to finish! I mean howcome the recovery time of that move seems so much shorter now? DO you mind sharing the tips? THanks!

ya, that move is called a VC, some consider it cheap, tho it really isn't. you do 22B, then right as the move is landing, hold guard and press 22. you can cancel the move before it lands at all also, that's where the better mixups come in. otherwise, it's still just a punish move that can get you his best damage. Miser/Katana&Shuriken can do it too, same move.

those two moves, Zas 46B+G (or is it 64, it's been a while), Astaroth after his downed opponent axe lift (I think it's 2B+K?, too much sc4 4 me), Setsuka has it on her B grab, there's more to that one, I'll tell u if u or ur friends use her. after all grab breaks and GI recovery you can G22 (Sophitia after the second break of her B grab is the easiest to VC), all back turned grabs you can VC (those are FUN). Lizardman VC is fucking broke! It's A,214B+G,G22 (you have to finish before A lands).

the Astaroth thing, it's only after the downed axe grab is broken, then he gets a free 22B. Similar with Kilik and Seung Mina, they get A+B combo free when VC'd after 1/3A+B is broken

man im a mitsu player and ive only had this for liek a week or so and man iod luv to have that reflex like i do in tekken just like u do in this game where u know your char and you what your gonna do without even thinkin it just comes man its a long road to get like that espically when ive just started with this game

ive only played soul egde on the past so im startin pretty much from scratch and the only person i know from soul game is mitsu cuz my cousion used to kill me with him back in the 90s so ive just started from scratch with and advanced char so atm just mitsurugi on lvl 10 shame i cant play u you have 360 version i have ps3:(

u made me re-watch the whole video cause of your litttle comment. NONE of the verticals I used were steppable. Every one was either a counter, wake-up hit, or hit on disadvantage of opponent to where they can't step. 2:35 is the only exception. 0:23 doesn't count cause in general, you don't want to step after that setup.
