these squats are a joke. it's a lot of weight, but who cares. look how far back the bar is down your back. how little you actually move. watch an olympic lifter back squat, you probably couldn't squat that deep with 275 pounds, but you'll do 500 for bullshit reps. these videos are hilarious.
