Oh, what's that? You didn't watch far enough into the video to see the point where they actually switch to the Snowflake audio? Odd that you felt inclined to comment without all the facts at hand, it certainly tells me how to weight the value of your opinion.
I've got this mic and am using a PC with XP as the operating system. I'm using audacity to record my voice. The recorded voice is too low. Anyone got any clues?
good value but a seinneiser headset can deliver similar quality i would personally go with something like a Beyerdynamic m58 plugged into an CEntrance MicPort Pro cos when you are not on the PC and or are using minidisc or regular mixers you pull the MicPort out and plug the XLR cable in and voila best of everything plus an bulletproof all weather podcasting mic builtin shockmount the Beyer doesnt need any power for the budget this is not bad if you wanna stay put ;)P

if you dont have much money then get the
Audio-Technica AT2020 USB Condenser Microphone as it will do the lot but the rode is better with the interface plus you can use the interface for other things too like instruments and smaller mics - hope this helps :)))P

If the sound in this video is any indication, this microphone sucks. Better to buy a proper condenser mic and a preamp.
