You're damn right brother. My family(Italian) high tailed it out of Canarsie in 94' with the rest of the neighborhood guineas. Always talking a big talk about taking care of our own, and yet it was every man for himself; who moved to Long Island(we did) who moved to Jersey, Florida, Las Vegas, etc. We gave up the ship...now it's a shithole and we only have ourselves to blame. Well said.

I love the fact that this guy made a video saying:
(1) Blacks ruin neighborhoods
(2) A solution to this would be not to move away and give it 'to them'
and no one thinks this guy is being a racist, nevermind if you disagree w (1) or (2) which I do.

Well, I live in a neighborhood that's not going in a good direction either. I do think generalizing is not the right or accurate thing to say.
It's not black people, Latinos, Jews (which at one point were, GASP, discriminated against) that ruin neighborhoods.
It's people who are uneducated in morality, ethics, ettiquiette etc...
Saying it's blacks, Latinos, Asians etc...is part of the problem I would say. Call me romantic.

Had to take this off of f/b because some of my friends could not get it! was trying to say , stop blaming the black people for what happened to an area in Brooklyn called Canarsie, , they all moved out because they were afraid to live close to the black neighbor, instead they all ran , and sold there homes , like scared dogs, and gave it up, nobody took the neighborhood, the whites gave it to them on a silver platter , end of story
