There are in fact structures on the moon, also many towers. There's one in particular that's aprox 5 miles high so I don't doubt this video at all. And yes the moon is looking different having shifted on its axis. We don't have long either ...And that is no joke.

Nothing against Ozzy's comment but there are no stars in front of the moon. Maybe a reflection, or maybe illusion. But it's always been top secret as to what is really going on up there.

I have access to a very powerful telescope at an observation station and it's not a "tower base" it's a star flashing in the shadow of the dark side, sorry to ruin it for you
