  • Sounds like a great recipe - can't wait to try it. I usually just brush my wings with butter and roast until almost done, toss with hot sauce, stick back in the oven for a few, then eat.

  • @danispies The recipe i use, coats the wings with a bit of oil, and instant mashed potatoes. Bake them then add the sauce after.. they come out almost as crunchy as a frier... What are the calorie/health ramification of that, compared to your recipe? As demonstrated by @Foodwishes "spicy penut butter & pepper jelly wings" recipe..
