true you have slim legs but then again you are a slim dude.. anyway, bet most fokers if took out their legs they would still not be able to do this.. thats awsome bro!
@majinproductions19 Strength and balance. You dont have to be thin (Beeing thin MAY give you an advantage). Training is the only way i know how to accomplish this.
Check out some planche\straddle planche tuturials if you want to know how to train, or maybe drop me a message or something.
Wow, I'm very impressed and I'm training for that kind of results (I can't still do it) but... Your legs scares me!! Do something for your legs, put some muscles there you know..
yea true... but if he even had remote, slight or traces of legs muscles it would be alot harder... i respect him for what he can do... but i wouldnt go outside in shorts.
yea but his legs seriously has NO fat nor muscle... he is lifting air.. if he got some serious (or nice looking) muscle on his legs then this would become extremely hard for him to do. it would take him a long time though to work his legs up. as for all of us.
I common misconception with people is that the weight of your legs will not increase the difficulty of the planche TOO much. It is just harder on the lower back, and it is easy to train the lower back by deadlifts and back lever progressions. It is the shoulder strength that people are missing. I can do the planche and whenever my friend try, they use the excuse that their legs are too heavy. Even when my legs are bigger than theirs...
You are partly right, someone with the shoulder strength already there can train their back. But if you watch this guy he only shows us himself training his upper body and more specifically his arms.. his legs have little to NO muscle, so if he were (with time) to gain some serious muscle and therefor increase the weight of his legs (quite considerably) then this would understandably become harder...... ok now we're repeating ourselves, its common sense really.
you need to work on straightening out your arms, until they are in a locked position. You started bent and just kept going up to the bent position over and over again.
good form you almost bent your arm but you did'nt. What was that you did at the end? Looked like you tried either a one handed handstand or one handed planche

@BoYUL69 actually his feet look quite narrow. Good planche regardless.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Head to toes! Really nice wide and well arched feet man! Huge biceps and amazing power and definition
BoYUL69 1 year ago
It was indeed good. A little fast though.
But how much do you weigh? You don't seem very heavy. It's allot easier to do when you're a betamweight.
Not criticizing btw, just commenting. I'm betamweight myself too.

Yeah, that is true. He just needs a couple pounds in the calves and they will look a lot better.
wazzy198 2 years ago
yea. i have thick calf muscles so i cant do stuff like this :(.. plus i have a linebacker neck if you know what i mean :s
bbrroollyy 2 years ago
It really doesnt become that much harder. I gained a few pounds in my legs and didn't find it noticeably harder.
