wow just tried this on my new macbook pro 13 in, got the 120gb summit ocz ssd, 2.26 gh, 4bg ram, took about 33 seconds for the computer to shut down, and boot up.

macbook PROS (not the white) are some of the best laptops. get that

the iMac is one of the WORST desktops ever. for $1500 you get the hardware you would get on a $700 PC. but a $700 desktop PC usually has shit build quality and a lot of bloatware. so for a desktop, the best option is to ALWAYS make your own.

I own a macbook pro. You obviously don't know squat about computers though because PC is not just one product. There are PCs that are better than Macs and there are PCs that are worse than Macs. My PC that I built is by far better than any iMac and in many applications outperforms Mac Pros.

Now it's so software abused it takes between 1 and 2 minutes.. I have o shit load of programs that starts when the Mac starts which uses a lot of time.. I used PC for over 10 years but have Mac since about 6 to 8 month back.. It all comes down to what you use it for and what suits your usage.. (=
