Someone has probably said it before but the extra files are placed there by OSX. They are similar to the Thumbs.db files in Windows.

@rctwik just tested it, it works for R4 however unlike the snes emulator this sux as it doesn't leave the files explorer open incase you need to change games or to restart a game. On this you need to reboot the DS

Hey man, fantastic vid, saved my hours of reseach, however, I get all the way to where to select NES Roms on the actual DS and then I cannot scroll down to select NES Roms (where you used the stylus first, then scrolled down) yea I tried scrolling down, and it will not work, the program boots up and everything, but I simply cannot scroll down, any advice? the SNES emulator is far from complete. It should be considered beta, any of them. People just aren't putting the effort into it, unfortunately. They should, SNES games running flawlessly on the DS would be awesome.

i just tried it on r4 with smb3 works perfect. all you need to do is open up ure micro sd card and make a folder called nes.put in the nes ds file and the roms u want. put in ure r4 in ds and select the nes folder and then nes ds. then locate roms and play! :)
